You would have to book the flights separately, and there'd be no protection in the event of a problem with the first leg. There are some Online Travel Agents that will sell you this alongside a 'guarantee' or 'protection' on the connection.

EasyJet will only offer a voucher rather than the money (approx £400), which, for my mum, who is next of kin and dealing with everything, is pointless; she is 71 with health issues and will not fly!!

I know that we cannot get a refund, but it looks as though we would have charges to pay if we cancel the EasyJet flights we paid for in January. Is it therefore best to keep the bookings and just not turn up for the flights to avoid the charges?

It's now due to arrive in Palermo at 21:30 rather than 10am -- which means I'd miss the reason for my trip. My only option is to buy another flight on the previous day, buy an overnight stay, and lose a day of work. Am I entitled to any form of compensation from EasyJet?
